结尾段：表达希望问题得到迅速恰当解决的强烈愿望，希望尽快得到满意的答复。

D10|考研英语小作文模板-其他

备忘录和报告也是大纲中明确可以考的小作文类型，虽然很少会考，报告考过一次，但还是要知道格式什么样的。

备忘录格式：

A Memo

Date：_____(日期)

To：______(致，通常省去诸如教授或先生这类头衔)

From：______(来自)

Subject：_____(事由，要具体)

正文：阐明写作原因。采用回答记者问题的方式，回答：who，what，when，where and why.

报告格式：

英文报告格式与备忘录相似，先写日期、收件人、发件人和主题，然后是正文部分。

Notice或Announcement

日期：标题下一行的右侧，比如，January 14, 2022

正文：按照提纲要求进行详述，首先写通知的目的，然后写具体通知内容；最后写联系方式并表示欢迎 。

落款：按照提纲要求写落款，实词第一个字母要大写，虚词第一个字母要小写。
